The Celebration of Speed ironically is mainly a pedestrian access event with limited parking available on a pre-booked and first come first serve basis with an additional £15 parking fee. Please provide your car info when booking your parking.
Any cars arriving without pre-booked parking will be turned away. Please present your pre-booked parking ticket on arrival.
Trains
Travel Exeter St David’s to Exmouth Train station and head along the Cycle path which leads you directly to Lympstone’s Manor pedestrian entrance for the COS23. Approximate walking time 20 minutes
We will be publishing a map in advance of the event for easy access to assess your route.
Lympstone Village train station also provides an alternative stop with access via the Cycle path to Lympstone Manor – we recommend the easiest and most direct walking route is from Exmouth Station. Approximate walking time 20 minutes

Bus
The number 57 Bus runs from Exeter to Exmouth and return, runs every 15 minutes with extra buses being put on by our Sponsors Stagecoach. Please alight at ‘’Rivermead Avenue, Hulham’’ stop to access the pedestrian walking route through the via the Exe Estuary Cycle trail.
PLEASE NOTE: The pedestrian entrance to the event is only via the footpath near the bus stop on Exeter Road and not Courtlands Lane.
Taxi or Drop off and Collection
Taxi and drop off’s will be at the front entrance to Lympstone Manor. Drive down Courtlands lane from the main road, reach the entrance where our helpful stewards will direct our ticket holders. Vehicles will be directed to exit Courtlands lane via Longbrooke lane and back to the main road at the Saddlers pub.
Taxis and collections at the end of the event, drive down Courtlands lane via the main road and look for signs direct taxi collections. You will enter Lympstone Manor through the old stable entrance and will be directed to a taxi collection bay by stewards. Vehicles will be directed to exit Courtlands lane via Longbrooke lane and back to the main road at the Saddlers pub.
To avoid congestion along the lane and delaying your entry to the event we recommend your taxi drops you off in Exmouth so that you can access our pedestrian entrance via the cycle lane. Approximate walking time 20 minutes.
Do you have a super car or unique car of interest you would like to display? We have limited display allocations therefore these will be selected to ensure we have a wide array of unique cars for show. Please provide your Car, make, model and registration number on our contact form.
For any guests requiring disabled parking, please reserve your parking ticket via the online booking process and ensure to inform us via this process that it is disabled parking you require. Alternatively please email reservations@lympstonemanor.co.uk
Wear your favourite racing colours or opt for festival chic. We encourage you to have fun! As with any festival, most of the day will be spent outside so please do bring sunscreen and hats, or if its forecast for wet weather; wellies and raincoats!
Only food and drink bought on the festival grounds will be allowed to be consumed. Please do not bring food and drink onto the estate. Bag searches may be in operation for security purposes.
Tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
Card and cash will be accepted however some of the bars and food services may be operating card only as they operate independently therefore we would recommend ensuring you have a card available.
We will welcome our guests from midday when our gates will open. Our day will close at midnight with the music finishing at 11pm.
Unfortunately no dogs will be allowed on site for The Celebration of Speed with the exception of guide and assistance dogs.
Yes children are very welcome. We have a Children’s General Admission and a Children’s VIP ticket. There are children’s ticket prices for those aged 2-12 years, from ages 13+ please purchase our young adult tickets. Under 2s are free. All under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes please do bring what you need to make yourselves comfortable such as chairs and rugs. Please refrain from bringing golf umbrellas or other tents and gazebos, these will not be allowed.

For the safety and security of our guests on site, there will be bag searches in operation. Prohibited items include; outside food, Alcohol, Sharps, Cans, Thermoses and Golf umbrellas.
You are welcome to arrive via Bicycle and there will be designated bicycle parking available around the grounds. The Exe Estuary cycle trail leading to Lympstone Manor and the pedestrian entrance is the recommended route to access the event.

Accessible toilets are located across the festival.
The festival grounds has a variety of terrains – grass, bark, gravel, tarmac and undulating slopped terraces. Access to terraces varies from flat access, slopes or steps.
Wheelchair users may experience limited access to certain areas of the festival unless using an all-terrain wheelchair.
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
